Sweet Pepperbush

This flower (flowers) was lying on the ground under a whole bunch of sweet pepperbush plants that one of the residents of the dirt road we walk down daily has planted at their driveway entrance. They are apparently a native plant - so YAY for that - and they smell lovely. There's a bunch of other stuff planted there - starting with masses of daffodils in the spring. The driveway entrance was actually done by a landscaping company, of course. In any case - I picked this up and brought it home for Flower Friday. Might have to investigate those bushes and buy a couple.
