Its been a bad day ...

.... woke up feeling totally hunky dory , then my neck quite literally went bang, and suddenly hurt like crazy and lacked movement. Went into town as planned thinking maybe it'll go away ( glass is still half full at this point!!) , and when it was getting worse I went to the walk in centre , where a Nurse called Jim said that once he sent some lady to A&E and she'd broken her neck , and so I needed to go to A&E. So he writes me a thing to go to A&E so I struggle back up the hill to the Royal to be faced with a 3 hour wait, but luckily my tutor has his office on the 4th floor of the Royal so I texted him and he came a brought me lunch... the triage nurse gave me some painkillers when I said it was a 10/10 pain, and then I witnessed first hand one of those typically scouse situations involving police, (with yellow guns wierdly) screaming kids and lads trying to get into the locked triage room where whoever had just been beaten up was getting put back together!! and then 3 hours later the doc said I had sprained my neck. I told him I was only rumagging in my bag for my sunglasses but he's sure its 'just' a sprain!
So was feeling a bit like its been a bad day please dont take a photo as REM would say but I stopped at Cafe Nero on my way back from the hospital , to try and sit and read in a relaxing coffee shop atmosphere which was my original plan for the day & this student made me smile.... Maybe I'm missing something but I have never felt the need to colour co-ordinate with my laptop.

So currently have a little more movement than I did earlier , but still feel rather weak and as though I'm being stabbed between the shoulder blades, am not going to work in the morning but hopefully I can make it to Leahurst for Monday!

My timing is never ever ideal!
fingers crossed this is just a random thing and NOT a repeat of past problems
I am so SICK of being on pain meds .... I really DO NOT want to start this whole thing all over again!
