Drumheller
We are camped in Drumheller called the badlands by the. Indigenous peoples.
I used to be an inland sea my millennia ago and today it is full of fossils. We visited the Royal Tyrell museum which is the national dinosaur centre and employs many palaeontologists. The picture is of a Borealopelta mark Mitchell . It is the best preserved dinosaur in the world. It is. A. We species and was named after the engineer who found it and the area it was discovered I. Only the back part had rotted away. The brain and skin was intact and well preserved and they could tell from the stomach contents the last meal and the type of food it ate. This one was put on display several years ago, in fact the month before we last visited. I had read about it on the Canadian news and it was super excited to see it back then. It was roughLy the same time as the well preserved baby mammoth was on display at the Natural History museum London
The girls were super excited.
