Ripening apples

A canal path and railway walk. Apple tree at the point where the access road for the railway yard starts. Lavender flowering below it, so that is a Friday flower ... 

The other success for the day was getting the microwave oven in the rented flat back working. Required getting the building maintenance people to work with their contract supplier and them creating local spares. 4 days isn't bad for this kind of thing, though it reminds me of managing bigger projects ..
