2764. New Omelette Maker

I bought myself a new omelette maker this week so was quite excited to try it out because I’m hopeless at making omelettes, they always fall apart!

Well this was my first attempt and it was a tomato and pesto omelette with spring onion too…my eldest and I had one each for breakfast and it was delicious!

Had a lovely day and a family lunch which was really nice and now relaxing at home.

Housework tomorrow afternoon after my eldest goes home and then we have to get ready for hubby’s birthday trip to Inverness for a couple of days, I hope the weather holds for that.
