Throwing up... again. 

This afternoon I went along the coast to Aberdour to get my fresh air and exercise, tempted by the prospect of shinty as well. It turned out to be a very entertaining game with Tayforth edging out Lochside Rovers 2-1 by a winner close to the end. 

I do not know why the game was at Aberdour - Tayforth usually play in Edinburgh. Lochside Rovers is Oban Camanachd's reserve team. 

The Blip is the throw up which starts the game, with the fluorescent referee taking evasive action.
