The Goldfinch Job...

...Harry had been assured, on April 1st, by his mate George that if he came to this car park on this date, and dug under some berries in it, he would come to a nice stash of gold pennies, a long overdue payment for what he and his wife had done work wise.

However as Harry and his wife found themselves sidetracked by eating the berries, which actually tasted rather nice, he had a strange feeling something wasn't quite right...

Even when he had raised his concerns over being noticed, the reply had been, 'Whose going to take notice of two birds checking some berries in a car park?'

Who indeed, he thought, but he still had the distinct feeling he had been taken for a fool, and glancing over at his wife, he could see that she agreed, but was too busy enjoying the berries. He just had this nagging feeling over it, and for the life of him, he couldn't figure out why.... ;-)
