Birthday

It's Andy's birthday today so Ann and I are babysitting whilst Em&A get a chance to go out with friends for the evening.  We're hoping for a sleeping baby.  

We arrived early so we could have a chat and see how our grandson is getting on.  He impressed us with his walking skills, much improved from the last time we saw him.  He likes to carry something whilst walking, maybe to help with his equilibrium. 

I noticed Mr Potato Head had ended up perched in the fireplace, obviously he has ambitions to be Mr Roast Potato Head!

In other news: our new fridge arrived this morning AND our Amazon order for a new hoover turned up.  Thanks to our postman who spotted it in the foyer of the nearby flats and came round to tell us. It had been there for a couple of days.
