calvin

I'm definitely a dog person, so when I say that Calvin is a great cat, that's a real compliment. Joe and Kim have three great cats, but because they're cats and not grandchildren, I'm allowed to have a favourite. I have known Calvin since he was a kitten and he is very affectionate. The other two are more playful, so I had fun getting them to chase around after bits of string and fluff :-)

Not a lot of gardening was done today, although I did spend some time picking raspberries in the rain. I made them into a crumble with some apples which I bought at the Coop for 10p.

I also spent some happy time bookshop browsing.

Off to eat that crumble now with some Alpro custard.
