Reunion

It's been ten years since we got to see one of our favorite families in the world, all in the same place. K is a dear friend I met at work in DC over 25 years ago. Fast forward to a decade ago, they'd just returned from a sabbatical year in New Zealand and seemed to have left part of their hearts behind. They emigrated a couple years later. While we've seen K nearly every year since then, on annual visits to the US, it was a real treat today to see the whole family. We're just home and it's after midnight, so no commenting for me tonight. Hope you're all having a good weekend!
