Urban Decay

In 1910 the independent city of Manchester voluntarily merged with the capital city of Richmond. Today it is one of the many neighborhoods of Richmond and is becoming known as the arts district. The numerous factories which for years made Richmond a hub of manufacturing have fallen dark and are fast being redeveloped into apartments and condominiums. This particular building is currently on the market and will likely face a similar fate.
