Home to prepare for trip into Shankill (beside Bray) to my friend’s back garden to watch Airshow

And the weather is behaving itself

We will be having lunch and I am bringing curried eggs with me (hard boil 10 eggs) - cut in half - scoop out the yolks. Mix them with scallions tomatoes (cut very finely) - curry paste and squeeze of lime. Put this mixture back into the egg whites and store in fridge for a hour - this is tasty finger food

Got to rush now as traffic towards Bray will be heavy
