Lady’s Tower with Bass Rock in Distance

We drove along to Ruby Bay at Elie this morning for our walk. I was prepared to turn away and go elsewhere if it was very busy, but it was fine.
We walked the Coastal Path as far as Ardross Farm then came back by the beach which was tough to walk on because it was just past high tide, so very little damp sand to walk on.
I’m now going to focus on filling in three pages of questions for a hospital appointment tomorrow. Mostly Yes/No answers, but not everything can be answered that way. Ah well. I’ll do my best.
