Great oaks....

.... from little acorns grow.

Apparently there was a glut (mast) of acorns in 2020 and the numbers were much reduced in 2021. It's forecast there will be more acorns this year but not a bumper crop for another 2-3 years. I found this out from the attached link.Very interesting.
