Beinn a’ Bheithir
Today was the warmest on record in both Scotland and England (the latter being the highest ever in the UK), but thankfully it wasn’t that warm in Ballachuilish when we went for a walk round point. This is a summer view of a similar spot where this blip was taken in February. The extra is of a male Common Blue butterfly, which stopped for me to get a shot. We drove south after lunch with a relatively pleasant 24.5 in Glencoe gradually giving way to a maximum of 33 by the Kelpies and 32 when we got home at 17:00.
Best on black.
Today’s entry on the Abstract Fiesta journal is a Wolf Spider on the beach.
