Panning Practice

Sundays are always popular days for the city road riders to take a spin on our flat farmland roads.  The passing by of numerous cyclists provides perfect opportunities to practice panning shots.  It is tricky to adjust the shutter speed to the varying cyclists’ speeds. The gals in the main pic were nipping along so I used 1/30 s whereas the recreational rider in the extra required 1/40 s.
