Pretty blooms

Morning Service this morning, and vicar A gave a very amusing sermon.  Her son and her fiancé’s grandchildren are all on the autism spectrum, and her sermon was about prayer and how you need to make it clear what you are asking for.  She compared it with these children’s absolutely literal thinking and how it has created some very amusing situations. Reminded me of a time at work when we were asked to play a “game” on a course - basically to say how you would explain to an alien how to make a cup of tea.  Amazing how many steps you can miss out when you do a task automatically without having to think about it. I still have some days to backblip, but today this is one of the planters outside the church door which has filled out nicely. Was going to spend the afternoon putting some plants in at home, but we got some rather heavy showers, so those will have to wait. Have now caught up with backblips!
