A fun Twinsday

We all got together at Lex's house this afternoon and it was great to see Bruce again after many months.  He wanted a photo of himself with the boys so Andrew obliged, but the boys had their own ideas about that.  It being a warm day, Andrew put out the sprinkler for the boys to run around in, but Max wasn't having any of it.  Sam, after some initial hesitation, had a great time running into the spray and out again in his birthday suit; I've chosen a photo in which nothing is visible that shouldn't be.

Sam had a great time sitting on Andrew's shoulders and being swung back and forth.  Max was more subdued today, but had a nice moment with Lex at the table.  At one point he was sitting in the rocking chair and Sam rocked him back and forth. 

I was able to see many photos from Sarah and Nick's trip to Israel but  I probably won't get to see the boys next weekend, as Manda and Andrew are taking them to visit friends with little boys of their own some distance from here.  So I'm glad I was there today despite feeling really weak.
