The Blacks

Continuing with photos of the birds that live in or visit my garden, here we have one of the Blacks. I saw it, snapped it and it flew off all in an instant and it has it's back to me. Since it's a touch brown I'll say it's probably Mrs Black. The Blacks (Mr and Mrs) wait for me to bring them currants most mornings. They seem fairly intolerant of the other birds in the garden and often chase them away or look on anxiously as others eat the food I put out.
