so much for yesterday being big heat day.... today topped it, getting up to 38 early before toppling over into 39 where it remained for most of the afternoon, another red heat warning, another record temperature, a day for hiding and sharpening up expletives to cast upon the weather... and the compulsory wander around the hills in the morning, a slight and frazzled breeze offering little in the way of respite, fantasising about moving further afield but looks like there's another week of this to go..
