Escalator blues

Waterloo. On the way home after a night out with work. When I was first working, drinks after work happened in a pub, usually with dodgy carpets and wallpaper, and maybe a jukebox. Now we go to so-called trendy bars with no real ale and music so loud that it's hard to hear what people are saying.

Probably I'm just showing my age ...
