Phew ! What a Scorocher.

A day for Volunteering at Hill of Tarvit. We had a fairly high number of visitors who were interested in the property and asked many questions.

The record temperatures over the last week have certainly turned in the lawns brown. Today’s Blipfoto shows the terraces and Kingarrock Golf Course viewed from the Dial Bedoom.

The temperature and humidity of the house are governed by the need to protect the collection. Today the temperature was 26C and the humidity was 63%. 

The preferred humidity is 50%.  The temparture rises to try and reduce the humidity.

Arrived home to watch the highlights of the French Grand Prix. Interesting, however, Ferrari have to raise their game if they are to beat Red Bull. Engineering Fragility and questionable strategies are losing Ferrari far too many points.

Red Bull? I cannot stand the drink they sell. Very obviously I am in a minority.
