Unidentified Flower!

18°C  -  10 mph NNW Wind Speeds  -  17 mph Gusts  -  Overcast.  Shopped with my sister in Lidls this afternoon.  My blip is the magnificent flower now in full bloom in her garden  -  she doesn’t remember its name and I’ve no idea  -  anyone know?  We did get a titchy bit of sun which lasted a few seconds:)
