Is it like Today ?

Working at home today, which was good but still very hot in office. Léo suffering too.
Went out for an easy run which came in at 17k. Felt a bit out of it when I got back, but the 4 or so litres of water that I drunk this afternoon seemed to help. Pic taken on way back down.

Heard this song by World Party somewhere the other day. Had forgotten how good it was.
