No, I'm not going about taking photos of young stab victims, this is actually an artwork by the artist Ron Mueck which is currently being displayed as an exhibit in the Sin exhibition at Perth museum and Art Gallery.
I first came across Ron Mueck at an exhibition as part of the Edinburgh Festival about 12 years ago. I absolutely love his work although art connoisseurs  are apparently a bit sniffy about his stuff and don't consider it proper art (whatever that is.) Worth looking his stuff up on google. It's very dramatic if you get to see it in the flesh.
