Starting the harvest

Moving into high midsummer now…finally the big field of barley by us will be cut, i spotted the combine moving into position in the evening light. And on a walk at lunchtime I found some early ripe blackberries. I also noticed that the oaks seem to have nascent acorns this year after a dearth last year so hoping we get some.  
Apart from nature notes it looks as if my Lebanon set show has taken a big leap forward but we’re going to have get the budget right down so are unlikely to be filming in Morocco.
