Sunday…. A flying visit

Lucy announced last night that she needs to go to Birmingham to pick up her bridesmaid dress for the wedding she is attending next week.  They originally sent the wrong size so had to do a reorder and we kept fingers crossed as it was coming from abroad, USA I think.

Anyway, I think she was hinting that I might go too… and do the driving.  Mr C was working so I said I would go.  A 3 hour each way trip with a couple of hours there..  we parked at the Bullring and it was buzzing especially as they are getting ready to host the commonwealth games.  My first visit but I do fancy returning and exploring more.

Oh, and the dress fitted too…. Yeah!
