Tiny Tuesday: Cactus Spikes

We "inherited" a couple of little cactus plants in pots when Son#1 emigrated to Canada a couple of weeks ago - there was no point in him trying to persuade Canadian customs to accept them into the country! So they were sitting on our kitchen windowledge when I was pondering what to blip...decision made!

This is a focus stack image taken with the macro lens plus extension tubes - the central "blobs" are only 2-3 mm across.

It's amazing how much dust a houseplant can collect!'
