The vet phoned to say the biopsy from the mass removed from Cassie’s head was non cancerous. :-)

This is one of my favourite flowers . It self- seeds in the garden which is a bonus .
I’ve had a pretty relaxed day ! I the weather has been good , so I’ve been sitting in the garden catching up with my Ayurveda studies - I’m on week 2 of the The Level 1 Ayurveda Therapist course . We are learning about Vedic philosophy which is very interesting.
Late afternoon I visited my mum . I brought in some colouring pencils and book. Mum started a new picture of sting rays .
We FaceTimed Laurence who was chilling by the pool with his pals in a sun drenched Sardinia.
More studying and a visit to the allotment this evening. A good day off .
