Bolton Parish church

A trip into Bolton gave us the opportunity to sit by the church and see the grave of Samuel Crompton who invented the mule and the Spinning Jenny.
These machines industrialized  the cloth making industry!

Crompton was born 3 December 1753 and died 26 June 1827.
