Crafty day

We decided to have a crafty day. I made this perpetual calendar which required quite a lot of thought and concentration which I enjoyed. S painted pictures of dragons and sea beasts and we listened to an audiobook of Matilda. A quick break for duck egg carbonara. I made a cake using frozen strawberries and a really good loaf of sourdough thanks to a new starter. We went for a walk this evening and I admired my dahlias.
