Las Vegas baby

Had a wee jaunt round the shops with Susan this morning (and finally found a pair of sandals) before we all checked out of the hotel to head to the airport. Taxi driver agreed to take us and loaded up our luggage, then spotted someone he knew and asked if we minded making a small detour before he took us to the airport. It was only a few streets in the wrong direction and the meter wasn’t switched on till we passed the hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. His passenger did have to have Susan’s carry on bag in her knee though!

Didn’t take too long to get the bags dropped and through security and the short flight passed fairly uneventfully so we were checking into our hotel by just after 7. Managed to get the unpacking done and put away before we met up with Kenny & Jenny (who had an earlier flight) and headed to Grimaldis pizzeria for dinner.
