Better butters

After complaining recently about not seeing any,  today I was delighted to encounter a Speckled Wood (left) and a Peacock butterfly, both in tiptop condition, fluttering along a brambly hedge not far from home.

And when I got back from my walk the new paddling pool was already being put to use. (extra)
