Puzzled

BACK BLIP:

Early on in my dad's stay in hospital he had started getting bored. sister had bought him a book of puzzles but they were unsatisfactory. A little while later I found myself in a small room of reflection, I noticed the floor was a lot like some kind of puzzle board. I sent him a copy of this photo so he could try to devise his own puzzle. Unfortunately he had already made his escape plans and wasn't in the last bit interested in puzzles.
