Paving Grant

The demolition of the old, pitted, and broken pavement has begun.!
This is an incredible machine.  It travels along at about walking speed and grinds the blacktop, rips it from the roadway, and conveys it to the dump truck ahead.  The only time it stops is to trade for an empty truck.
