A full day of activities - duetting this morning with Bill, followed by Tai Chi and then meeting Adrian to pass on the UPP Folio.
The second semi-final tonight that will struggle to live up to the excitement and highs of the victory by the Lionesses yesterday. It is wonderful to see people - players and spectators - enjoying the sport so much and partying at the end. What will the final be like on Sunday, especially if England win?
