This week I've been getting the living room ready for papering that my lovely sister is going to help with. Well I'll be helping her actually because I would have no idea what to do! 
I got my self a set of steps to try and reach the roof. I looked up the measurement of the top step and thought that'll be fine. Who knew that you're not supposed to stand on the top step! I was wondering how Id managed all these years ago to paint the walls and suddenly remembered about the pink seat. It used to come in handy for painting jobs. I was gutted as i thought i must have thrown it out after all until I spoke to my son who reminded me I had given it to him. I was very happy. It's a bit of a stretch but I've now started getting the top bits of the walls I'd already done. The steps are still getting used though as it's a much bigger stretch than it was 10 years ago to get up onto the seat!
