Well had my B12 injection yesterday and blood taken. As they all ways say if there is anything that needs doing the doctor will be in touch so tea time tucking into a chocolate bar got a text to say my blood sugar is in diabetic range and will need another one in a few weeks time to check that's all I need


This morning I took my self down the seafront for a cuppa and read before going to town
