Relax

Is definitely what I need and my holiday coming up on Saturday is just what I need to do so.

A lovely 8 miles this morning followed by a very stressful day at work… I guess it’s to be expected in the preparation of going away but it really isn’t much fun!

Holiday will be very welcome.
