Bus Pass Walk

Bus from the village and then one to Keighley - the intention was to get on the first bus going out of the bus station as we arrived!  Thankfully it was to Hebden Bridge rather than somewhere we really didn’t want to go!  Arriving at the station in HB some of us needed the facilities (well, yes, me as usual!  Kidney disease can be very inconvenient sometimes!!).  When I returned it had been decided that a coffee at the station cafe would be a good idea - it was!  After that a walk through the park and along the canal. Some unusual sights as always - a blow up flower and a flamingo had appeared since our last visit - only in HB! Lots of lovely wildflowers along the towpath too.  Returning to the town centre we picked a cafe for lunch.  Very busy as we were slightly later than normal. Nice refreshments, and then a look around an interesting shop before making our way up to the bus stop for our scenic journey home.  Always an enjoyable place to visit!
