Fine Evening for a Barbie

A cloudy start to the day, but it came a lovely warm and sunny afternoon and evening.  It's been flat calm all day. 

Early shift again in the airport.  I was working on the check-in desk first thing, and then staff training at 9am.  Back to the check-in desk for the rest of the day.  A fairly quiet day of passengers.  Walkies after work, and then popped along Madeline's.  More walkies this evening, and everyone out too.  Early night again.  My back is still sore, but not as bad as yesterday, hopefully on the mend now. 

Big Brian and Madeline invited us up for a barbecue this evening, which there hasn't been many opportunities for this summer.  They got a new barbecue in June, and finally getting to test it out.  Peerie Brian was head chef, cooking Madeline's well prepared dishes, including some steak.  It was fine to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, and a tasty meal.  Peerie Brian at the barbecue, with big Brian and Madeline tucking in.  Taken at Berry Road, Scalloway.
