This pleasure seeking boy of mine gave me a fright. For a terrible moment I thought he'd died on the back of sofa. No, just enjoying the sun.

It didn't make a full appearance at my place. Nonetheless I enjoyed her veiled presence behind a thin layer of cloud. The difference in today's temperature was welcome.

There's 99mm of rain in my gauge. I haven't emptied it as I'm curious to see how much more rain we get this week.

Today's gratitude: For an epiphany that changed how I've approached a wee job I'm working on.
