On the allotment

Not my allotment; I find that keeping up with our garden keeps me busy enough.

But Jack and Marianna have been lucky enough to get a small allotment about two minutes' walk from their house. It' a small and friendly site, and this year they've done really well there. I popped over to pick up some spinach and red cabbage that they wanted to harvest before going away on Thursday. Jack and Frieda are both looking rather pensive here.
