A thousand jewels

Although on the chilly side of comfortable, I am making the most of the dry sunny conditions and getting some long over due gardening done.

Everything is about six weeks late this year but I am sure it will catch up eventually. I planted some alchamilla mollis several years ago and didn't realise that it was so invasive. I'm removing a lot of it at the start of this season in an attempt to control and limit it's spread.

After rain showers you can see why it is called a thousand jewels.
