Lappeenranta cityscape

The photo was taken from the Lappeenranta water tower, which was opened for visitors on start of July after being closed over 20 years. There has been a cafe back then, but after it stopped its business, that landscape floor was closed for visitors because of safety and renovation cost excuses. Now there is a restaurant-cafe at the ground level for summer time.

It's a shame that the cafe or restaurant is not up there at the moment, but maybe in the future. In the extra photos you can see why...would be also great venue for art and photo exhibitions.
