After work I popped to see my parents, Dad is 2 radiotherapy treatments down and 3 more to go next week, he's doing ok so far and as I write this on Saturday morning the pain is arm is a fair bit less.

I went to Valentinos for dinner with Emma and Claire, their homemade icecream is luscious! Emma had a scoop of raspberries and cream and a scoop of blackforest fruits, Claire had caramel chocolate and a scoop of peanut butter ice cream, mine was peanut butter and a scoop of baileys! the peanut butter is SO good!
