Run for freedom

….at least that’s how it felt today!
I’ve been chained to my laptop all week and I hate that!

Noo had a football tournament over at Crawley, so at least the house was quiet to work in!

This is a regular run - although this evening was more of a run/walk (I’m getting old!) because I combined it with my daily phone call with my mum.
