The view from where we were working today. 
We worked hard and got quite a bit done today. This bed, as well as 3 smaller ones are finished. They were weeded, edged and mulched. We also did almost half of another large bed in the back yard. 
Being close to the ocean, there was not as much humidity, it was quite comfortable working, plus there was a breeze sometimes.
I will send part of the team back again in 2 weeks. When I told the girls that 2 of them would be going back out there with J one day, M & H were quite happy to volunteer. Then we will all go there again in September to build some new beds in the front yard to give the current plantings a more cohesive look.
