Life and lemons

Well, life has certainly given me a massive crop of lemons this year.  We are awash with them.  We have lemon curd coming out of our ears.  There is no dish that doesn't get a squeeze of lemon.

The neighbours are begging for mercy.

And I haven't even been able to take care of the tree.  It's the first tree I planted in our back year about 31 years ago - it's riddled with wasp galls, but still it produces.

Actually my garden is in an almighty mess - which reminds me, I need to get out there and do some weeding.
