Just realised I’d forgotten to post Wednesdays Blip.

We have walked miles today, such a hilly city though, I expect to have rock hard calves by time I get home .

In the afternoon we did a Port tour and tasting. We decided to do one of the smaller independents rather than the big producers whose names we recognise from home.

This one is called The Caves and was very interesting and delicious. We bought white port to bring home,

A lot of restaurants and bars sell white port and tonic with lots of ice and fresh fruit. It’s fast becoming my favourite , especially in the afternoon heat
